Chloe ar Leeds Merrion Centre found me a lovely holiday after alot of searching very helpful as usual she is a diamond

Angela was great - very very helpful and lots of patience as were not 100% sure where we wanted to go .

Angela got us a great deal. Booked on behalf of my daughter and patner. Cant fault it, my daughter Claire definitely will use them again.

polite staff, answered all questions, given any advice needed, discussed availability of monies exchange needed, always great service with a smile.

Really helpful and friendly staff. Anabella (from the Wakefield office) was helping out at Leeds Merrion when I rang for help, and she took ownership of my booking. Rang me back when she said she would, very efficient with the booking and has helped us get triple rooms for our tour. Annabella definitely went above and beyond and I will definitely use Hays for any future holidays. Thank you.

What a pleasure and no fuss experience booking my holiday with Hayes Travel the lady was fantastic and I would have no problem booking again.

The staff member dealing with our enquiry was very helpful and patient.

Gemma was v. Helpful and efficient, and calm under pressure, though LP It was a bit too warm in there for my liking and the ceiling fan was noisy.

The girl that dealt with us (holly) was very helpful to help choose a holiday (although very expensive) she was thorough
