Gemma helped me to find another holiday this time to Mauritius ! She was very patient and thorough as I am deaf and have Asperger’s syndrome and she patiently explained everything and was very knowledgeable about destinations 8 0 )

Feel very disappointed in the service, wanted to boom the Christmas cruise, sent message with what I wanted was booked into the wrong cabin, was then quoted wrong price for monthly payments, asked for a call back didn’t get one. Amendment made with the wrong DOB for my husband so needed to be changed again, asked for holiday to be cancelled as feel like all wrong and not the service I expected from Hays I have booked numerous holidays before and not had any issue.

Explained to the assistant the type of holiday we wanted and all avenues were explored and explained fully, which allowed us to choose the month and destination. Staff very helpful and allowed us to decide without any rushing. The holiday was tailored to meet our needs. Highly recommend using Hays Travel everytime.

I popped in to see the rep I knew my dates and hotel and destination I was there all of 15-30 minutes and all was taken care of
