Lilly the travel agent did an excellent job booking our holiday . She quickly found us the holiday we wanted and was very helpful and friendly . We would recommend Hays travel , and will be booking our next holiday with them again .

The customer service at Hays Travel Leigh is exceptional. Kelly Sellers has been amazing, we have booked several holidays and more recently a cruise through this branch which will continue to be our 1st choice go to travel agent.

The lady (Yana)was very professional and very thorough. She answered all questions and was very polite all the time.

From the moment I queued at the door to go in, as was waiting before shop opened , I was looked after by Dawn.
I was made so welcome as soon as I stepped in the shop. I was booking a holiday for myself as travelling alone so it’s all very daunting, but Dawn made me feel very relaxed and talked me through everything. Nothing was a problem and as the holiday approaches she made it clear that anything I need help with to just come in and they will sort it. I felt so confident after leaving the shop, no second thoughts or worries.

I wanted to book a cruise to South America for next year however struggled to see the options online. Ellie helped me find the ideal cruise that docked at the ports I wanted and explained what was included. She was very knowledgeable, helpful and guided me through booking all the elements of my trip including flights, transfers, a hotel and the cruise.

Hannah booked us a holiday of a lifetime, at the best price with the best hotels for our trip. The holiday is quite complex as travelling and returning to different airports, with flights within the USA also. Hannah advised on the best family oriented resort in Miami and boutique hotel in New York. Every aspect was considered and taken care of! I have booked several trips with Hannah and we have always travelled smoothly. Will definitely book with Hannah at our next opportunity.

Yana was first class throughout the booking process. Always patient she reviewed different options and suppliers for us to come up with the best option.

On arrival my husband and I was greeted with a smile and Yana was extremely friendly and professional and helped us find the perfect holiday. When she asked if we was celebrating anything I said it was because I was cancer free. Another member of staff overheard and went out and got us a cake. They were so lovely at the Leigh branch
