Gemma, the Travel Agent that dealt with us went to great lengths to get my wife and myself a good deal on a holiday, recognizing that disposable funds for pensioners can be very tight. She worked very hard to find a holiday, with flights, that we could afford.

Olivia, the representative was great. To be landed with 3 older ladies was a challenge especially as one (me) did not know her Prague from her Krakow. She was patient, informative, answering all our questions with a smile.

Jemma who looked after us was amazing. So knowledgeable, calm and honest. She put me and my friend totally at ease while booking my first cruise, she explained the best cabin to have and all about the ship. I was very impressed .
