Hays worked strategically with partners in the country to flesh out a 5 week adventure. There was a lot of detail to tease out and make sure all the dots matched up. We could trust these will all come together when we go (7 months)!

First Visit to Hays Travel in Leyland. Great service as well with Gemma. Nothing was to much trouble. Gave Gemma my requirements and Budget. The Holiday was sorted and chosen in no time. Great customer service. Highly recommended and I will be using Hays Travel again.

Excellent service
Gemma was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful when booking our trip to Orlando. She put us at ease and reassured us that Hays would sort out all the details for park tickets and extras, and we got a great deal too with discounts and meal plan. Staff extremely helpful…
Staff extremely helpful took time to listen to what we wanted from our holiday. Wasnt pushy to get us to book we came home to have another look decided it was what we wanted so went back the next day and hooked our holiday. Chatted to us about holidays we may like in the future and gave us the information we asked for. Great service
