Wouldnt book with anyone else
We have previously booked with hayes before and they know what we need as i have a disabled partner and son. The little things make a big difference such as sorting out the sensory room at the airport for my son, this makes a massive difference and keeps my son calm in a busy airport and knowing what we would need at the hotel having slides etc and near a beach and having a low floor room.

Super efficient team
Gemma has been trying for weeks to find me an accessible cabin for a Canaries cruise and has been successful. I am always so well catered for at Hays by Gemma and the rest of the team and wouldn't go anywhere else.

Always use Hays travel Leyland . Friendly and helpful staff willing to go through different options and no pressure to book there and then . They are genuinely interested in getting it right . If you go back to book again they always ask how your last holiday went and what you enjoyed or would change .

Nicole was amazing !
Nicole was amazing and really helped piece the holiday together, with not doing a typical package holiday and travelling around a little when we get to the destination it was difficult to work things out without her. We now have an amazing holiday booked with the flexibility to do our own thing in the middle. Thank you Nicole

Holiday decisions
I was in quite a while trying to decide on where to go on holiday, I never felt rushed and the young lady was really helpful + knowledgeable and in the end found the holiday for us
