Second time around
This is the second time we have used Hay's. We have found the service to be excellent. obviously, with jet2 we could book directly, but we prefer to have a local input. Furthermore, our customer Agent, Sian, was most knowledgeable re. the area; where we would need to be and the level of hotels. upon return, an update will be given.

Rachel was extremely professional, very understanding. Very patient. Pleasure to do business with. I am now very much looking forward to my cruise on the 4th of December 2027. Rachel is just excellent very knowledgeable.

Very easy process . Sarah was very helpful and talked us through everything pictures of the hotel where it was on Google Earth or a bus stops and we got a real bargain.
