Hazel was very helpful with us as it's first cruise.adviesd middle ship deck and went over intineray with us showed us different cabins so we could compare.

Even though i have hays travel in my own town ,I have been using the Livingston branch for about 3yrs now .the staff are amazing .Im sure the local branch is just as good though but we have built a good relationship with the Livingston staff and wouldn't go anywhere else

Dream Holiday
Just popped in to Hays travel in Livingston for a wee chat about a holiday to Canada and luckily I got Susanne who was absolutely fantastic. After a bit of discussion over a couple of weeks we have now booked our dream holiday to Canada and can’t thank Susanne enough for all her efforts.
