Claire Chadwick made booking a holiday easy and fun with her bubbly personality. She helped in every way possible and did everything she could to make this holiday special. I will definitely be booking with Claire Chadwick at Hays Travel again soon! Lovely place with lovely people.

I did not know Spain at all Sandra recommended a region so I was able to make a choice. It was an easy and quick, my holiday is booked.

Popped in with my daughter because she’s the fussy child out of my 3. Sat down with Lacey and she was so helpful. Searched for the perfect place within my budget for a much needed family holiday. I couldn’t have asked for more. Even advised me on how to plan and pay in an affordable way for next year. Will be back to book again soon.

We’ve never used Hays before but will definitely use again! We wanted a fairly bespoke holiday with certain criteria. We walked away very happy indeed. Things we would never have thought about if we booked ourselves. Thank you 🤩

We came in for a short European break, we weren't sure exactly which hotel or date and Emma spent a long time with us going through various options such as one or two rooms, hotel site, etc. And her expertise meant we ended up with breakfast for almost the same price. Hays are always so helpful and nothing is too much bother. Always much better than trying to book ourselves

Lovely staff in Llantwit branch who always are very helpful accomodating. I book with Claire and the team every year.

Friendly and helpful staff that are not pushy

Polite she took interest un us.her knowledge was good and no matter wot questions we asked was able help. Only down side they could do with a coffee machine inside the shops
