We booked our holiday to Nashville with Lucy and we cannot recommend her enough! Nothing was a problem for her, she was so helpful and friendly, finding us the best option that suited us the most!

Very helpful and responsive
Recently booked a staycation with friends for New Years through Lucy and she was very attentive in listening to our needs and gave us a few tailored options with what we needed without being overwhelmed by choice.
Unfortunately we had issues due to the property's management (external third party). Along with an update, Lucy gave us our options, including some potential alternatives. We ended up rebooking a different property with everything sorted within a couple of days (win win in that ended up cheaper and in a better location for us!) Very thankful for the lack of stress the change caused over a busy booking period because Lucy had it covered.

She listened to what we wanted, and delivered a fantastic package, we are in the Dominican at the moment, so the time difference could have been a pain, but no.
