Jayne, as always, was very informative, patient, helpful and friendly, which made our choice of holiday so much easier. We wouldn’t go anywhere else.
Also all the other staff at Lytham are very friendly and helpful, it makes for a lovely atmosphere in the agency.

Very friendly staff when you are able to get served by someone …
Very friendly staff in this unit would recommend to others however the caution is that the unit always short staffed which means you may have to call in a few times to hopefully get a travel expert to help you ! I did persevere but others may not have the same patience.

We were looking for the holiday of a…lifetime
We were looking for the holiday of a lifetime cruising Japan with stays in Tokyo and HK. Hays found the best of holidays at a great price and it took nearly two hours. Great service and something to look forward to (5 weeks cruising the far east in a suite on a fabulous ship)

Xmas cruise for a single I now have three Xmas booked. 😃 Staff very professional and don’t rush you. Looking very hard for a good deal. A coffee machine would be a bonus.
