Another excellent customer service Kelly so thorough went through absolutely everything with be choose deck together cabin number even told me how to book restraunts on board , every single one of the staff go that extra mile , I am in good hands booing with Kelly , brilliant team work even on the ball with extras fx etc only Hayes maestrg for me .

Love Hays Maesteg…
Always book with Hays Maesteg because the staff are great, they spend time making sure you get the right hotel for your needs. Nothing is rushed plus they contacted the disability assistance team straightaway for assisted travel and transfer. Very helpful re: holiday insurance. Our whole experience was fab we only went in to the shop to enquire about a holiday but ended up booking one.

The staff are amazing, always happy to help and answer questions. Always had great recommendations of places ive never been and always had amazing holidays. I book every year with the girls as know ill have a great holiday.
