Lauren found us an amazing holiday fitting all our requirements. Suggesting options and really listening to what we wanted.

Lauren our Hays Rep was welcoming, outgoing and experienced. We were just doing research on a possible trip but ended up booking there and then.
We are now excited and looking forward to cruising the High Seas.

We thought that we would take our first (Norwegian) cruise this year but as newbies we thought it would be wise to seek some expert advice from Hays Travel and help guide us through the booking process. We were dealt with by Travel Consultant Vicki who was excellent and very knowledgeable and flagged up the pros and cons of the various options. Based on our experience we would highly recommend Hays Travel.

My lady Nikki who was dealing with me was busy so Lauren booked my holiday and she was very friendly and went through it with me

Was recommended hayes travel and used them over Christmas and everything was perfect. So used them again. Niki our agent went above and beyond to get us the best possible deal and also everything that we wanted for our holiday. Also another colleague unfortunately I didn’t get her name but she also come over to help find a location in the perfect position for us to get the most out of our holiday. We are extremely impressed and they have customers for life

Very friendly and helpful. They always look for good deals to suit your budget. We've used them so many times to book our holidays.

We still like to see someone face to face (a lot of important detail can be missed on line etc).Lynn was knowledgable, had a good manner and understood our requirements very well. A pleasure to do business with.
