Gordan was brilliant. Absolutely brilliant. My only disappointment was I had just received £60 off vouchers but couldn't get get this off out holiday.

always a pleasure to book at hays travel they know us so well after all the years we've used them. it is like dealing with old friends and always straight forward and if a problem should arise always dealt with effiency.

Excellent service
Hays at Malton gave an excellent service from the minute I walked in the shop. Gordon was very welcoming and after quickly giving him my requirements he sourced my holiday and had it all booked seamlessly. Thank you Gordon.
