Booking a holiday or break is a big deal and the details have to be right, we visited the Mansfield branch and was greeted with a smile and helpful service. Communication is perfect .

She explained everything in a polite and professional manner, even recognising us after just popping in a couple of days before to discuss our dream holiday. MJ advised us in our 1st cruise once we’d told her our needs and seeked advice on the things she wasn’t too sure of.
When we had issues with the booking process Hays travel sorted us out immediately without any fuss.
We would be using them again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Every time we go into Hays at Mansfield, the experience is really positive. We booked another holiday on Saturday and Katie spent the time to make sure the hotel was the right choice for us, including where it is situated, the public bus service running from near to the hotel, the beach, and things to do around the immediate area

Beth was superb to say she had only been with the company for 2 weeks . When she wasn’t sure she checked everything before proceeding . A credit to the company. I normally book on line but would use Hats again .

The booking agent, Anne was very helpful and informative. She was able to put us at ease and answer all of our questions and she helped us to book our dream cruise without any fuss or delay.
