I have booked holidays with Maria for years and wouldn’t use anyone else. I trust her judgement and opinions on different destinations and resorts and she is honest about hotel reviews etc. Maria is professional, knowledgeable and will always do her best to find the most amazing deals in every type of holiday from beach holidays, to city breaks and far away places. I’ve not used a travel agency before having always gone on line and found the package holidays we could afford. I chose Hays because of a personal recommendation and the need for speed. Maria at Hays was brilliant - obviously good at her job and listened to what we needed. The package she put together in less than 48 working hours was amazing and I’m extremely happy with what she suggested and organised. It was such a relief to know a difficult situation could have such a fantastic conclusion. Would thoroughly recommend.

We decided last minute that we wanted to take a break away and had a date and two possible destinations in mind. Within a couple of days we had our holiday booked and paid for within a couple of weeks of departure thanks to our lovely holiday advisor, Maria!
Once again she managed to give us options in both destinations and a wonderful accommodation options. Her advice about each destination was just what we needed and from this our choice became easy. So looking forward to going on the 19th March!

Maria is an absolute star. I often contact her with no idea where I want to go but usually a remit of a sandy beach or something just as vague. 😂. Everytime she comes up with amazing options that suit the whole family within an affordable budget. I wouldn’t book a holiday anywhere else now.
