Great effort made by Markus saw us through all our details for our cruise sorted out everything and took the stress and worry out of booking from the time we set foot out of our front door to when we return excellent service and got us a great price compared to what we were looking at explaining every thing to us so we could understand thank you for all your time and effort really looking forward to our holiday thanks to the great service that Markus and Hays travel provided will definitely be using them again

I had been looking online for weeks at holidays for my 30th birthday and struggled to find the perfect trip that ticked all the boxes, within budget. I spoke to Markus at Hays who was extremely helpful. He was very patient with me and my specific requirements and really took the time to understand what kind of holiday I wanted. He was very knowledgable, provided excellent advice and found us the best deal on an amazing, luxury holiday to Jamaica. Markus explained everything in comprehensive detail and made it such a smooth process from start to finish. Markus sorted everything for us within a matter of minutes, he was very friendly and just as excited as we were when we booked the holiday. He has provided all the detail we need and put us at complete ease throughout the whole booking process. Markus was very professional in dealing with my booking. He seemed to have an uncanny knack of seeking out the best deal which beat all of the other quotes I had. I saved some money and time so I would definitely go back to Markus for my next booking!

My second booking with Markus and it took some perseverance and patience on his part to fulfill all of my awkward requests but he went above and beyond to make sure that my 40th birthday trip is exactly as we wanted (all 14 of us!) and at a fantastic price too.
