found Martin on his Facebook page, sent him a message, he responded with a message asking us to fill in a form so he would have an idea what we was looking for , Martin came back to us having found a cruise with accessible cabin, we responded saying please send more details , we then spoke on the phone and asked to book the cruise , our cruise is now booked and depoist paid, since making the booking I phoned and left a message, Martin responded very quickly.

Martin is very friendly and knowledgeable about cruises and the extra things that make a cruise possible for disabled travellers. His personal knowledge of the ships and ports is very reassuring. He is very helpful with suggestions for hiring mobility equipment. Would not be doing this if it wasn’t for Martin’s expertise.

CruiseAbility recommended for accessible cruises
We've just booked a Mediterranean cruise through CruiseAbility/Hays Travel, and I have to say Martin Wylie was brilliant.
I have mobility issues, and have never been on a cruise before. Martin listened carefully to our requirements, and came back to us very quickly with a fab looking cruise on the Sky Princess. After securing an accessible cabin, he guided us through the booking process with Hays, and then helped us navigate the travel insurance and health screening. Nothing was too much trouble.
If you have a disability and want to book a cruise, then I would definitely recommend contacting Martin.

This is second time I have used Martin to assist with booking my cruise holiday, very helpful even sent me a video of an adapted balcony cabin so could see that the balcony was accessable as the often aren't on MSC. Very pleased with his assistance and attention to detail.

This is my second booking with Martin…
This is my second booking with Martin Wylie, and I will only be booking through him from here on in. He has been absolutely exceptional throughout, always at hand when I have a query and very speedy response. Nothing is any bother to him and I literally had him tortured with inundating him with emails with my queries. I emailed him yesterday at 3pm about a cruise and by 6pm he had my itinerary/ship and cruise port I had asked for got and we got it booked. Martin is the man who has given us back our freedom to travel after my husband's spinal cord injury, he knows our needs and he is so reassuring when I had a wobble about travelling again. Thank you Martin we wouldn't be able to do this without you and here's to many many more cruises via yourself!

I booked a 5 night Norwegian Fjords cruise with the help and advice of Martin Wylie from CruiseAbility through Hays Travel. I have mobility difficulties and wasn't sure if I would be able to do a cruise but Martin was able to sort out a partially accessible cabin for me and my husband which has a walk in shower and grab rails in the bathroom to help. He reassured me of the layout of the ship and explained patiently everything I wanted to know.
