Knowledge and attention to detail was phenomenal. Very smooth process. Maxine phoned when she said she was going to phone and walked us newbies step by step through the whole process giving advice, making suggestions and different options available. So pleased and very excited about our holiday.

Maxine is great - I have used her for a number of years. She never gets impatient as we change our minds on destination. My daughters are older now and voice their opinions on our annual Christmas away trip. SO much easier when they were younger!
