We were served by caitlin, she acknowledged us straight away and greeted us with a smile, she went through our options for the holiday and directed us to the best one for us listening to our needs as it would be our first cruise.

Today we went to get our holiday insurance

Knew what I wanted but could not find the best flight times, Caitlin did some shopping around and found me what I wanted, came up with the same Hotel, (not that I told her what Hotel) transfer and a better flight time. All in all well done Caitlin, 5 stars for you.

Friendly and helpful agents
All the agents were busy but I didn't have to wait long. Ebony was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. She found us the best value for what we wanted. The whole process was very easy and I came away happy with our holiday.
