£500 cheaper than another company for a holiday with more benefits. Good customer service in store. Booked several times now with Hays, will be our go to provider.

Kareen made the whole process easy booking for our group. Nothing was too much trouble. She looked at a few options for us ans made our decision easier based on hotel and flight options.

Excellent a few e-mail’s originally, finished up in our local store ( Meadowhall), greeted by BETH lovely young lady who was emailing, she took us through our booking, answered our questions, and made it a joyful experience, we will be back.

Really lovely staff (Ocean was fantastic!). Helpful, quick, and not pushy. Really helpful service throughout the search and booking and even a lovely call to remind us about check-in for flights. No issues at all.

My friends and I were welcomed into…
My friends and I were welcomed into Hays and were quickly seated with a member of staff. She was friendly, helpful, efficient and very well informed. Her manner made us feel confident in her booking our holiday. She also set a date for us to go back to Hays , when we can get our boarding passes completed. Overall,we were very happy with the booking process. We have arranged our holidays with Hays in the past,and we shall continue to do so.
