The cruise for 26.2.27 was booked whilst on board Britannia. My husband and I immediately asked for paperwork to be sent to Hays in order that Andrew Bowerbank could continue with our booking. He is so good and friendly we know we are safe hands.

We received a friendly, very efficient service with good communication.
Excellent overall, a pleasant booking experience.

Friendly, helpful and patient

Kellie listened to what we wanted and completed the booking for us. This was a TUI multi centre holiday, that I had struggled to book online at home. Booking could not be completed online and needed to be done over the phone. Subsequently, Kellie responded very quickly to a minor issue related to the booking

Staff were very knowledgeable and helpful, took longer than I thought but came out feeling happy with what I booked

We booked and paid for our holiday without any problems. The lady who helped us - so sorry I am terrible with names - was lovely and made everything so easy and was very thorough with what we wanted for our holiday and nothing was too much trouble for her.

Went in to book a holiday for me and my 10 year daughter Elliott was lovely polite kind and very professional made sure I had everything i needed and had a holiday that I want.

Richard at Hays Gateshead Metro Centre was very helpful in finding the best options of price and convienient flight times for or holiday. He was also very helpful in setting up a new Ryanair account as this is the airline we will be using. We normally book direct online but will be happy to use Hays in future,

Great service more or less knew what I wanted but went through the details with advisor who spent time confirming and explaining things also the travel bureau was very helpful regarding currency etc

Excellent service got what we wanted and the price we received online was matched in store. Caitlin our server was extremely polite and friendly. Had a small issue with the wrong title on direct debit email rang store and Allison sorted it straight away. First time booking a holiday through this company usually go with tui but will definitely be using again in the future
