Hays Travel - Metrocentre Green レビュー 

The most disappointing experience booking a family holiday at Metrocentre branch (upstairs near Boots). So many failures throughout the booking, and to top it off the manager promised a call to explain why there was so many failings- I am still waiting for this call weeks later. So disappointed with the experience from start to finish and I will never use this branch again.

I normally go with my other friend and she always uses your Jackson street shop , I live in Dunston so we went to Metrocentre shop as with all your staff the Lady who helped us was very polite and friendly,

It's always a pleasure to see the friendly staff I'm your metro shop and we tend to book with Andrew every time as he is so helpful and I feel he enjoys helping and finding the best deals for people so again thanks Hays travel and thanks Andrew for all your help

You listened to what we wanted and delivered the holiday we were after

Liked - I found a holiday, booked seats etc.

Disliked - Finding out at the end after the sales rep had "finalised" everything that there was 2 deposits to pay and I had no way of paying how I wanted. At no point up to this point was it mentioned that I would need to pay 2 deposits.

Booked a holiday to Mijas at Hays in the Metrocentre. Richie was brilliant from start to finish. He asked what kind of holiday we were looking for and really listened. He was very professional, extremely knowledgeable and just very nice. He sorted out bookings, seats and travel insurance very efficiently. He is an absolute credit to Hays. Hang on to him! He is a credit to the company.

Very efficient, knew what she was doing and explained everything to us very well.
She also looked for our oceans number which we didn't know about and as we have been with Fred Olsen three times, we had a discount of 5%.

Another great holiday booked with Hays Travel green mall, Metrocentre Gateshead.
We called in and booked our holiday with Richard who I've booked with before, as usual a great guy always going the extra mile to find the right holiday. He probably is one of the best .
