I sent Michele the information on which holiday we wanted, Michele was back to us within a couple of hours holiday booked, seats booked and all paperwork emailed to us
We have used Michele a few times for holidays and nothing is ever a problem to her.
A very good Travel Agent would definitely recommend her.
