Michelle Barnes was great from start to finish, introducing herself and her background and knowledge about the travel industry and the company Hayes travel. She listened to what we were looking for and stayed within our budget, she offered lots of great advice throughout searching and the booking process.

Budapest City Break

A very pleasant experience letting Michelle take the holiday request on board and dealing with all the documentation. Also kindly contacting the hotel on our behalf to request a preferred room allocation. Would definitely recommend Hayes Travel for top class service.

We came to Michelle with an outline of what we wanted to celebrate a special anniversary getaway…..and she delivered. So happy with everything that she has done in helping us, her knowledge and expertise (and honesty).
