I’ve always booked through hays travel hays travel. Service is superb staff and very professional.

Sean is very professional at getting you what you want for your budget

We went into Hays to book our holiday for 2026 and we were greeted with smiles and a warm welcome.
The lady who we sat with was very helpful, very polite and friendly.
We booked up for 2 weeks in September in the sun to Spain and then booked another week in June to Spain.

The lady was really helpful and looked at lots of different holidays for us.

A fantastic easy to book experience by very knowledgeable professionals who go out of their way to help . Booked at the shop about to move in Middlesbrough with Kelly and team fir years would recommend and never go anywhere else thanks everyone

Brilliant!! As usual staff are so helpful when trying to find us the best holiday package. Sean was great he managed to find us the right holiday accommodation, in our preferred resort. Our preferred airport and date and time for travelling 10/10

Very helpful lady Kelly, started messaging on messenger then email and I needed somewhere close to my nieces wedding venue and this lady found one for us and reasonably priced good location and good flight times, answers all my questioning detail, I’ve used Hays quite a few times now and would highly recommend
