Staff were very helpful nothing was any trouble , no rush they were just happy to help .

I’ve had to visit the branch a few times before deciding on our holiday but Diane could not have been more helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and there was a nice relaxed atmosphere in the shop.

The patience the lady had when dealing with finding a holiday for myself and my friend . Hays travel at Cleveland retail park Middlesbrough .

Diane was excellent she listened to what we were looking for and found our perfect holiday.we we're in the shop for a long time but she was patient throughout the service we came out smiling with everthing in place

Everything went smoothly and the way hays booked the holiday to make it memorable top marks with all the booking the only thing I would of liked to change is tui premium meals not nice at all both ways for the price you pay I would of rather had sandwiched
