The staff are very friendly, no their job. use them all the time. They make it easy to get what we wanted in a very short time. Canot praise them enough. Keep up the good work Midhurst branch

We saw Karren in our local Hays shop. We was made very welcome. She remembered us from last time and though are emails. They both are very friendly and seems to be very happy. It was a very relaxed booking for are next holiday. We would not go anywhere but with them.

How wonderful to have face to face contact with lovely Hays travel agent, Karen. She presented us with all the information we needed, her knowledge was very helpful and we booked our holiday there and then.

Excellent service. We went to the branch in Midhurst. Unfortunately the power was out all over the town. Karen still managed to book us a cruise, give excellent advise on cabin location and booked it,
She was under great strain doing most of this on her mobile phone but maintained a professional and calm

Happy with the final outcome but found it difficult dealing with 4 different members of Hays staff in Midhurst.( ie……Jacob, Richard, Danielle and Karen) It would have made the experience easier for me not having to keep explaining the same requirements etc. However, Karen was particularly helpful, and I am now looking forward to my holiday.
