We were in the Midhurst Hayes Travel agents for 2 hours on 30/9/23, and we were very pleased with our experience as the staff went above and beyond to make sure they found the right November 2024 holiday for us, they asked helpful questions and came over as very experienced and knowledgeable staff. If you’re seriously looking to booking your next holiday, I would recommend this company.

James Hampton and other members of staff provided an excellent service. They were all really helpful and kept us informed. They listened to our requirements and came back with appropriate options. James took the stress out of booking a holiday.

Karen was extremely helpful and efficient in finding us places on a cruise when we booked late. She spent over two hours finding different options and gave us alot of useful information and tips drawn from experience. Her colleague Richard has also been most helpful helping us to check in and posting us our boarding passes and luggage labels. Excellent service and much appreciated.

Karen Spiers has sorted out 2 flight bookings for us this week and has achieved very good connections and prices for us , as well as spending an hour on the phone to secure extra legroom seats . I don’t think could have done this ourselves.

Richard at the Midhurst office went above and beyond to find us the holiday we wanted.

Richard found us exactly what we were looking for, that was a hotel that would be good for the children (various swimming pools and a good beach) but also somewhere where adults could relax. We went on a B&B basis (the breakfasts were excellent) as we knew we wanted to spend time out of the hotel as well. We hired a car for half our week's stay and the hotel was in a great location for being a base for touring western Crete. Very pleased with the overall experience.
