Recently booked my holiday through hays travel in milngavie with ceilidh, she made the booking so easy & was very friendly & helpful

Third time booking with Hays. All the staff are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. I will definitely be booking through Hays again.

Nicole could not have been more helpful, had done her homework and sorted us out for next year’s river cruise

Excellent help and advice from travel consultant. Spent time helping us choose hotel and advising on location.

Staff, especially the manager were extreemly helpful, and i could not have asked for any better, the only disappointment , which had nothing to do with the staff, was the range of price ,within a short period of time.

Sylvia was welcoming and offered to try to get me booked to join friends for a group holiday which was already showing as ‘sold out’. The approach of the member of staff who because of the fire which has disrupted Glasgow Central Station secured me a flight to London which was challenging
