The staff at Hays travel in Mold are wonderful. Helpful, knowledgeable, patient and friendly. You don’t get this level of attentiveness or expertise booking online. Why would you book online when you don’t get the professional expertise that’s required from a real person.

I walked into hays mold for the very first time and was greeted by this amazing and bubbly lady called Debbie. We sat down and she really took the time to understand what I needed from my first ever solo travel after coming out of a relationship she made me feel at ease and very comfortable. Debbie is very knowledgeable and understands everything that I wanted. I would highly recommend you to try Hays Travel Mold. Thank you so much and your all stars.

Having never been on holiday on my own or booked a holiday even I was in need of advice. I knew what I wanted but didn't know how to find it. I spoke to Laura and she really listened. She took her time and went through all the options, found 3 she thought were suitable. She had extensive knowledge of the places we were looking at and so what would be best for me, a nervous first time traveller on my own in desperate need of a holiday. There was no pressure, I took my 3 options away and did a little more research of my own, made a decision and booked! I'm so glad I chose Hayes!
