Booking was really simple
Booking was really simple . Rachael was very friendly but knowledgeable and hepful.
My wife requires Disabled Assistance which was dealt with in an efficient and non intrusive manner.

Excellent informative friendly staff enabling easy confident booking
We went in to enquire about a cruise which we had looked at in the brochure and not having cruised before needed information and advice We were not disappointed as your excellent informative friendly staff (we were attended today by Robyn Wendell) was able to advise us taking us through all the details and guiding us when we asked. We hadn’t intended to book that morning however we were confident we had all the appropriate information so did actually book the cruise. The staff at the Morpeth branch of Hays are all excellent and are an asset to the company.
