Christine is so helpful,she spent a lot of time with us getting us a good deal were we wanted to go ,does all our online checks in ,makes everything so smooth for us ,very friendly staff .

Paige was the young lady that took our booking and it could not have been any better, she was quick, helpful and very professional in all she helped us with, (9guys going all inclusive to Benidorm)even when we didn’t have all the guys date of births, she waited patiently till we phoned around to give her all the relevant details.

Fantastic service
I am extremely fortunate to have a good relationship with all staff members thats came from booking numerous holidays over the years. I can book a holiday knowing the staff will try get me the best deal and never pressurise me into booking. They are patient, professional and friendly.

Excellent service as always from Hays Travel in Motherwell. I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else to book. Every staff member is friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. They offer information and tips about the destination which is so helpful. I cannot fault them. I know I can rely on them.
