Always receive a warm welcome and excellent advice when booking holidays , every member of staff are knowledgeable and helpful completing the booking process in a timely manner.Staff will seek out discounts for you and price match online prices .
Staff double check your details and ensure that are fully aware of the requirements for travel .

As always all of the girls in Motherwell store are amazing at their jobs. It is a pleasure booking and everyone of them are so friendly and chatty

Such a friendly welcome when you enter the shop. Pamela Small served us and provided very helpful advice aiding us to choose the best holiday experience and hotel to suit our needs. She was very knowledgeable and we booked straight away .I would highly recommend this branch to friends and family

Booked through Hays Travel last year and service was great, so we decided to do it again this year. Christine at the Motherwell shop is very knowledgeable and helpful and a really nice person who puts you at ease

Christine was amazing with us. She spent loads of time looking for our exact holiday that we could afford and working with the gentleman from the other service getting us the right flights and hotels. She kept in touch through the full process. It’s a magical holiday to look forward too, to celebrate my birthday and myself and my husband’s silver wedding anniversary.
