First time we've booked with Hays, also our first cruise. We were looked after by (Luci), Nantwich. Luci was extremely helpful going through everything in detail which took the stress out of trying to negotiate everything ourselves.we will definitely be using Hays in the future.

Easy booking
It was great to come in and have someone do the heavy lifting on our latest trip. We usually are independent travellers or direct booking cruisers, this was much easier. Thanks to the young guy I think named Tom much appreciated
