I booked with Natalie @ Hays Travel after watching all her posts on Facebook, read the reviews and watched the feedback and comments and everyone says the same thing, she is amazing, very responsive and so helpful. I would recommend Natalie as she gives the personal touch.

I like the way Hays advertise their holiday deals. I use a Hays agent that works from home and we communicate via messenger or when I’ve needed to we’ve spoken by phone.
Natalie is always on hand to answer any questions even when the holiday is booked and is always quick to get back to you.
I’ve booked three family holidays and three city breaks and have found the holidays to be excellent value for money, with a no hassle booking process. Would highly recommend.

Natalie was so helpful, friendly, really good communication. Quick and prompt with her replies. It was really helpful that I could pay in installments. As a single mother, I wouldn’t have been able to book this holiday if I had to pay in full.
