I booked a Mediterrean cruise with the Cunard line at my local Hays Travel in New Milton. Amelia Coombs was the customer advisor who completed the booking for me. She patiently looked at various cabin options for me ,across several decks and price points. She also doubled checked with colleagues to ensure all my questions were answered fully and correctly. When you are committing to a very expensive holiday , it is reassuring to be able to count on the expertise and support of your local travel agent and their team .

Charlotte was very helpful and went out of her way to get the best possible deal for us. She also followed up on her commitment to contact the hotel on our behalf

The ladies in New Milton branch are amazing. Especially Christine and Kerry. They both listened to what we wanted and spent time getting our holiday. There was no rushing us and understood our requirements. We always book and will continue with Hays in New Milton

Good service but I am disappointed that Hays Travel cannot use Ryanair as part of a package holiday. I live in New Milton and many travellers in that area expect to use Bournemouth Airport as part of the package deal. I hope Hays Travel will review this decision.

Chris took time to go through everything thoroughly and gave additional information regarding travel insurance as we have pre existing conditions.
