First booking experience, great
Came in to book first holiday aboard and aimee was wonderful helped load and sorted everything I needed for more stress free booking and another lady was very nice to help me out with travel money card too very lovely helpful staff

I have used Hays travel a few times either for travel money or booking a holiday . Always been helpful.formative and go out of there way to help you . The staff at Newton Aycliffle travel are second to none . Fab service and i will defiantely be returning again in the future .

Great service as always! Katie and Jude are diligent and very helpful staff, looked at a holiday I was interested priced it up and followed up when I couldn't ring at the time arranged. Good and quick service. Thank you! Until next booking!

Every visit or phone call to Hays travel Newton Aycliffe is a pleasure and makes booking a holiday such a lovely experience I wouldn’t go anywhere else. All the staff are amazing, thoughtful and kind and go out of their way to make your visit or call special.

Holiday Bookings
I have taken 2 holidays a year for many years and always use Hays for my booking. The customer Service is excellent and the are competitive for currency exchange often matching local competition. Loyalty discount for long term customers when booking is an area that could be developed as in my experience this has not happened over the decades I have used this company.
