Payment
I tried to pay over the phone but it wouldn't go through.
The manager came onto the phone and then sent me a link via email to pay.
The staff were very patient with me until I finally made the payment through the link.

Really straight forward process. Explained to Amy where we wanted to go and what dates and she found us a good deal in a good hotel.

Helpful and friendly consultants

Cruise holiday booking
Staff were friendly, very helpful and knowledgeable and offered a great deal When decided to go ahead, booking was completed without any problems and documents received. Any queries I had were answered very quickly
