Christmas Market in Krakow
I was looking for a Christmas Market 4 days away. Kimberley (Kim) helped me with my choice. Organised the flights Assist and the Hotel.
Kimberly (Kim) was very professional, polite and informative.

Fantastic Rep and Service
Booked cruise with Hays Travel Abbeycentre yesterday through their rep Carolyn. We were running into problem with the particular flights we wanted that would suit us but Carolyn went all out to get it sorted for us. Fantastic rep and service.

Helpful honest assistance.
The agent Amy in Newtownabbey on Tuesday was able to help us decide which destination and resort we would choose. She suggested a resort that she had personally stayed at herself and highly recommended it.
