Was offered 4 different holidays to suit my small budget and was given time to look into them and decide what was best for us. Quick , friendly and efficient service.

I booked a break to Amsterdam through my NHS salary sacrifice scheme and this couldn't have been any easier. I dealt with Samantha who put me together a package so quickly that involved everything I had asked for at a great price too! I would definitely use Hays Travel again in the future!

The person who finally booked our holiday was very helpful. The slightly low rating I have given is due to the archaic booking process for NHS staff. Having to book a holiday on the phone made me feel like I was back in the 1980s and it did not always seem easy to check out suggestions online. Haven't been on the holiday yet, but hopefully that side of things will all be good!

Once my holiday salary sacrifice was approved, the process of booking the holiday was quick and seamless. The lady who I spoke to was very knowledgeable and ensured I got the best deal on my holiday.
