We went in the shop after browsing the window, interested in a Norwegian cruise,your assistant was extremely helpful,as we have no experience in cruising. queries were answered clearly. and convinced us that the holiday was what we wanted, and we proceeded to book our holiday for next year. Went into local branch to book a cruise .
