Dawn was very helpful and informative and it wa easy to book my holidaywith her. I can honestly say that all the staff at North Shields branch are very polite and very helpful and have no worries in recommending anyone booking their holiday through them

The lady who dealt with me was great. She asked questions about what I wanted from a holiday and made notes before she even opened her computer. Listened to what I said and took her time. Called in to check out options for a trip planned for next year. Within 45 minutes we had booked as we had been given excellent advice and numerous ideas as to what would suit our needs. We popped in with a friend who was able to book their own flights and hotel to join us even though they are flying from a different airport. Even better, after looking in to it for us, they were able to time everyone's flights to allow us to meet at the destination airport and travel to the hotel together. We won't hesitate to use them for our next trip.
