I'm looking for a miracle, I said as I came in the door. And a miracle is what I got. Jomane was amazing! Took care of EVERYTHING AND downloaded it onto my phone so I just have to go to my photos and show that funny diagram thingy at the airport. I'm over the moon!

Hays always help me with the holiday they explained everything and makes bookings so easy for me. Thank you so much. They all recognise me as soon as I walk in and are all very polite and welcoming.

Haven’t used Hays Travel before so can’t say they were good or bad ! Got break I wanted still getting over the cost !

This is the 3rd time of booking my flights through Hays and I can honestly say I wouldn't go anywhere else . The staff are highly knowledgeable and friendly and nothing is to much trouble for them

Friendly staff and easy to book the holiday. The only issue I have, I went with the hotel I wanted as I had looked on my iPad the night before. The hotel was Cornucopia in Sliema Malta. When she looked on her computer the hotel was in Gozo which we didn't want. So we had to sit there and go through everything.

Aiden was so funny & friendly from start to finish! He made sure I had everything I needed for my holiday! He joined in my excitement of booking another holiday and nothing was too much trouble

Excellent service from Cathy. She understands our travel needs and contacts the company we are using to make sure we get the support we require.
When on the phone she was having to compete with the busker outside the shop making it difficult to hear.

We wouldn't have booked the hotel and area that we did without the knowledge and helpfulness of the Hay's staff member (Kerry). We felt that she took onboard everything we mentioned to find a suitable holiday in our price range. This is the first time we have booked through Hays and if the holiday works out as expected we will most likely use them again.
