Very happy with the agent who helped us out. We were booking for New York with quite tight travel times available and we ended up with the airline/times that we wanted and a great looking hotel

We went into the Norwich city office to get some brochures and ended up buying the holiday of our choice in Crete. Cathy was very knowledgeable and helped us with our hotel and flight bookings and was able to get us a discount (bonus). We would recommend Hayes to others.
