I have always used Hays Travel to book my holiday for the simple reason it's the friendly service the most convenient and being of the older generation I like the idea of a paper copy

We dealt with Sadie she was helpful and patient couldn’t ask for more really good service.

We were pleasantly greeted by all the staff and then our booking was dealt with by Sadie who was very knowledgeable about where we wanted to go.Will always try to book holidays through Haynes.
