Walked into the newly decorated shop, there were 4 agents sitting at desks, graham who we have booked with before was with a couple, so we went to Mia. We already knew where we wanted to go on Holiday... もっと見る

Great advice & service!
We were given great advice on cruises and package holidays by Zoe who called again the next day with more options on cruising.
After we had decided on a package holiday, Emma served us and booked the holiday with more advice of Cyprus.

I visited the branch in Oadby…
I visited the branch in Oadby twice..offered a cup of tea which I thought was a lovely touch... I dealt with Mia and Sean on her day off...both were so friendly polite & extremely knowledgeable and helpful..they kept in contact by email and phone and we have now booked our wonderful Mexico holiday for Christmas and new year.. I would highly recommend Hays Travel nothing was to much bother and the whole process was enjoyable 😉
