Oct 25. Hays Ormskirk. Extremely helpful with our questions and requirements for a cruise. Quickly found what we needed and did all the complicated bits (for me ) very quickly. Takes all the hassle from online and at the same price.

FANTASTIC SERVICE…
We went into Hays to book a last minute break to The Canaries. We haven’t holidayed abroad for more than a decade so weren’t sure exactly where to go or what to expect. Erica and the team made it a stress free, enjoyable process and offered great advice. We soon settled on a destination and are looking forwards to the holiday in a couple of weeks time. Staff were so helpful
Staff were so helpful, polite and full of knowledge. Will definitely book again. Makes you feel more comfortable, dealing with people face to face, rather than a computer
