Over a number of years l have used Hays Travel in Oswestry to book both short breaks and longer holidays . Gary is always helpful and takes the time to find accommodation ,flights and everything required for a good holiday - we have been customers of Hays travel for many years and would not go anywhere else .

We saw a post on Hays Oswestry Facebook page. After dropping them a message Mel came back to me with all the information. She asked if l would like a call from her and we went ahead and booked with her. The service and information provided was great. Would highly recommend booking with Hays.

We have booked a family trip to Sri Lanka in December .We made lots of changes to times,accommodation and flights and Cathy in Hays Oswestry was so patient and helpful.

The staff in hays travel Oswestry are fantastic, very friendly and their knowledge of places that they think we would like is spot on. My experience with 1 holiday wasn't as pleasant as I thought it was going to be In 2024(Gary advised me and took me though the steps) and this was resolved very quickly. I will always use hays Oswestry for holidays, travel insurance and travel money. I have already booked our next holiday.
