The service I received from Clair was excellent. After passing on my request, it was all booked and deposit paid within 20mins. We always book with our local Hays travel, have done for over 30 years, even when they were on Teletext.
They are reliable, helpful, competitive for value,and always very pleasant. What more can you ask for, well done Hays.

Patience and understanding

Friendly staff who tried lots of different ways to keep the cost down for me. Very knowledgeable about the areas and looked for places that would be suitable for us.

The lady who took our booking worked in a very professional manner with a great understanding of what we wanted and excellent knowledge of the destination making us feel fully at ease with our decisions

As a solo traveller it isn’t easy to find hotels etc. hays were brilliant and didn’t time finding the perfect holiday for me.,

I was very nervous about booking this trip because I was going to go solo, a real leap of faith in saying I was nervous …. thanks for getting it right and I’m the sort of person that likes to know exactly what I need is all booked sorted and safe. I started on one trip and ended up on something much better after chat which must’ve been easily half an hour. And then all booked with funds in another half hour, and warm smiles at my melt downs, phew, when reaffirming all is well to me. They really do look out for best value best in the area with the most add-ons, i.e. trips or balconies or et cetera, that they can get you. Many thanks to Mel, Kathie, Ellis
